Replacement Policy

At Beads Stones, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or size-related item, you may request a replacement within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
You must provide the order number or proof of purchase.
A clear unboxing video and photos of the product may be required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

How to Request a Replacement

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the original item (if required).

Eligible Reasons for Replacement

We offer replacements only in the following cases:

You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged or defective.
You received the wrong size (subject to stock availability).
The product has a manufacturing defect.

Non-Replacement Items

Replacement requests will not be accepted if:

The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
The request is made after 3 days of delivery.
The product is missing its original tags or packaging.
The damage is caused by improper use or mishandling by the customer.
Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for replacement unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Replacement Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if required), your replacement will be processed within 3–7 business days, subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, Beads Stones may offer a similar product of equal value or provide store credit.
